The County of Riverside Transportation Department is proposing to resurface approximately 4,400 feet of Lovekin Boulevard from Seeley Avenue to approximately 4,400 feet north of Seeley Avenue. Lovekin Boulevard is classified as an Arterial Highway in the County of Riverside’s General Plan. The proposed project will include pulverizing the roadway followed by overlaying with Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA).

Additional improvements include:

  • Reconstruction of asphalt concrete dike and overside drain

  • Reconstruction of concrete curb and ADA deficient curb ramp

  • Construction of asphalt concrete driveway

  • Placement of safety edge

  • Striping of roadway, including pavement markers and reflectors

  • Salvage/removal and installation of new signs

No additional right-of-way will be required to construct the proposed improvements. The project improvements will be within the existing footprint of the roadway and will raise the existing roadway profile by 0.50 feet.
