The County of Riverside Transportation Department is proposing to resurface approximately 2,290 feet of Lincoln St from Magnolia Ave to Indiana Ave. Lincoln St is classified as a local road in the County of Riverside’s General Plan. Lincoln St is a four-lane road that is 64 feet wide, with curb and gutter and sidewalk on both sides. The proposed project will include removing the existing roadway and placing back Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA).
Additional improvements include:
· Reconstruction of concrete cross gutters, spandrels, sidewalk, and ADA deficient curb ramps
· Utility adjustments
· Restriping of roadway, including pavement markers and reflectors
· Salvage/removal and installation of new signs
PROJECT SCHEDULE
Environmental Clearance: February 2022
Final Design: March 2022
Construction Start: October 17, 2022
Estimated Construction Completion: December 2022
