Lakepointe Drive Resurfacing weekly update: Crews removed and replaced about a quarter mile of asphalt pavement on Lakepointe Drive from Southern Sun Summit Drive towards Indiana Avenue in the Community of Lake Hills. The reconstruction of Lakepointe Drive will continue to Indiana Avenue. Various sections of roadway will be “dirt” and “uneven” - Please drive slow, observe construction warning signs, and follow traffic control staff’s directions while traveling through the work zone.
We completed all concrete and drainage work on Lake Pointe Drive from Indiana Avenue to Southern Sun Summit Drive in the Community of Lake Hills. The contractor is scheduled to remove and replace asphalt pavement upcoming weeks. The project is scheduled to complete in July 2024.
