Project Overview
Phase 2 of the Riverside County Carver Tract Sidewalk Safety Improvement Project will continue with the construction of new curbs, gutters, and sidewalks. The Carver Tract community is situated in an unincorporated area of Riverside County, nestled between the cities of Indio and Coachella.

Lingayan Ave
· South side from Van Buren St to Luzon St
· North and South side from Luzon St to Bataan St
Leyte Ave
· North side from Van Buren St to Luzon St
· North and South side from Luzon St to dead end East of Luzon St
Corregidor Ave
· South side from Van Buren St to Luzon St
· North and South side from Luzon St to Bataan St
Bataan St
· West side from Ave 48 to North of Corregidor Ave
Manila Ave
· South side from Van Buren St to dead end East of Luzon St (sidewalk only)
Luzon St
· West side from Leyte Ave and Manila Ave
· East side from Ave 48 to Manila Ave
· Installation of catch basins along Luzon St.
Other Improvements: Construction of driveway and alley approaches.
PROJECT BENEFITS:
The sidewalks will continue to improve pedestrian access to local community facilities and services such as Martin Van Buren Elementary School, Coachella Valley Rescue Mission, Fred Young Farm Labor Center, and Rancho Las Flores Park.
