✅ Road improvements on Clark St (Martin St to Nandina Ave) are now substantially complete!
⏸️ The project is temporarily suspended to allow time for redesigning the proposed drainage systems at Clark St & Nance St.

🚧 Upcoming Slurry Seal Work 🚧
From October 6–10, 2025, slurry seal maintenance will take place in the communities of Mockingbird, Riverside, Lake Hills, and Lake Mathews.
✅ The exact construction date for each street will be posted on the County’s website.
✅ Residents will receive notifications, and notices will also be posted curbside.

Project Update - Mecca Neighborhood Park and Greening
September 29 - October 3
We’re making steady progress on the new park and greening initiative at the corner of 2nd Ave, Hammond Rd, and 66th Ave! This exciting project will bring 175 new trees 🌲, a full irrigation system, and a vibrant new park space to the Community of Mecca.
