Project Overview

The County of Riverside will construct a series of resurfacing projects in an unincorporated area of Riverside County. The project consists of resurfacing existing asphalt concrete pavement (removal and replacement), driveways, curbs, cross gutters, and spandrels in the community of Desert Hot Springs.

Construction starts Monday, July 15, 2024.

1. Dillon Rd between Palm Drive to Mountain View Rd

2. Bubbling Wells Rd between 20th Ave to Dillon Rd

WHAT TO EXPECT

“No Parking” signs will be posted with dates and times.
Lane restrictions are expected. Cones or other traffic control devices will be used to separate work areas from traffic.
Please use caution and remember to reduce your speed when driving along the work.
Water trucks will be used to maintain dust control during construction.
Emergency vehicles and all other services will have access throughout the duration of the project.
Construction noise is expected.
