Project Overview

The County of Riverside will construct a series of resurfacing projects in an unincorporated area of Riverside County. The project consists of resurfacing existing asphalt concrete pavement, driveways, curbs, cross gutters, and spandrels in the community of Desert Hot Springs.

Construction starts Monday, July 15, 2024.

Project Locations

1. Mission Lakes Blvd between 460 Feet West of Clubhouse Blvd to Little Morongo Rd

2. Little Morongo Rd between Mission Lakes Blvd to Augusta Ave

3. Langlois Rd between Clifton St to 670 ft north of Clifton St

WHAT TO EXPECT

“No Parking” signs will be posted with dates and times.
Lane restrictions are expected. Cones or other traffic control devices will be used to separate work areas from traffic.
Please use caution and remember to reduce your speed when driving along the work.
Water trucks will be used to maintain dust control during construction.
Construction noise is expected.
