We're making steady progress on the reconstruction of:

➡️ 72nd Ave.

➡️ Bay Dr.

➡️ Commerce St.

➡️ Compass Dr.

➡️ Seaview Dr.

➡️ Vander Veer Rd.

👷‍♂️ Crews are currently installing a new concrete berm throughout the neighborhood to improve drainage and roadway durability.

📅 Estimated completion: November–December 2025
