Carver Track Phase 2 Construction Notice - April 14-18, 2025
Crews will continue to construct sidewalks.
Crews will grade and subgrade for the new curb and gutter on Leyte Ave and Luzon St.
Crews continue to construct driveways on select properties.
LANE RESTRICTIONS:
Expect to see lane restrictions. Drive slowly and look for cones or other traffic control devices that will keep work areas separate from traffic.
We are continue working on roadway widening, new proposed sidewalk, and drainage system improvements on various streets in the Carver Tract Community. Crews are working on concrete curb & gutter and sidewalk to various streets in the community. Please observe construction warning signs and use caution while travelling through. We completed sidewalk construction and drainage improvements in the Carver Tract area. The contractor is installing pavement markings, doing minor work and clean up, then moving out soon. Please continue to use caution while travelling through the work zone.
The contractor completed most of the underground work for the proposed Storm Water Underground Detention Basin on Luzon Street. Please continue to use caution while travelling though the work zone. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding during the construction.
