A majority of the road work on Mountain View Road from Dillon Road towards City of Desert Hot Springs has been completed. The contractor is still performing some minor work along the shoulder, please continue to use caution while travelling through this area.
Soboba Street Resurfacing from Stetson Avenue to Florida Avenue in the East Hemet area is on schedule. We completed the pavement reconstruction on Soboba Street from Stetson Avenue to Florida Avenue in the East Hemet area. The contractor is working on the installation of traffic stripe and pavement markings. Please continue to use caution while travelling through this area. We completed the restoration of pavement on Mountain View Road from Dillon Road to Hacienda Avenue in the Desert Hot Springs. The contractor is currently working on Guard Rails, Asphalt Dike, and shoulder backing. Please continue use caution while travelling through this area. Note: The contractor is scheduled to layout new traffic stripe on Wednesday NIGHT, September 28.
The proposed Clinton Keith Road from Leon Road to Winchester Road/Benton Road is progressing on schedule. The contractor is continuing construction on a new bridge over French Valley Creek, earthwork, and other improvements. Note: Briggs Road from Leon Road to Los Alamos Road is still CLOSED.

The roadway resurfacing on El Toro Road and Dexter Avenue from Temescal Canyon High School to City of Lake Elsinore limits has been completed. The contractor is scheduled to complete the traffic stripe and pavement markings by September 22. SCE will soon complete the upgrade and relocation of utility boxes to complete all unfinished sidewalk panel sections. Please continue to use caution while walking on new sidewalk.
Construction of the Carver Tract Sidewalk & Drainage improvements resumed on September 14, 2022. The contractor closed Luzon Street from 48th Avenue to Lingayan Avenue for the construction of an underground storm drain detention system. Please use detour routes.

We completed the replacement of the asphalt surface on El Toro Road and Dexter Avenue in the North Lake Elsinore area. Edison is still working on upgrading and relocating its facilities. The contractor is repairing the dirt shoulder and cleaning up the area due to recent rain events. Please use caution while travelling through the work zone. The contractor is continuing with the reconstruction of asphalt pavement in the City of Desert Hot Springs portion and is scheduled to pave top layer of asphalt on Thursday, September 15, 2022 if weather permits.
