The County of Riverside Transportation Department is proposing to resurface approximately 2,700 feet of Langlois Road from Aurora Road to Clifton Street. Langlois Road is classified as a Local Street in the County of Riverside’s General Plan. Langlois Road currently ranges from 34-58 feet wide with curb/gutter along various segments of the roadway. The proposed project will include removing the roadway and placing back Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA).
The proposed project will also include:
Reconstruction of curb, cross-gutter, driveways, and walkways
Construction of asphalt concrete driveways and dike
Placement of safety edge and shoulder backing
Utility adjustments
Salvage/removal and installation of new signs
No additional right-of-way will be required to construct the proposed improvements. The project improvements will remain within the existing footprint of the roadway.
