We are actively working in the Hemet areas. This includes applying chip seal and slurry seal. Please do not park on your street on posted date and do not drive after the installation of new fresh slurry until we open the road. Clinton Keith Construction Notice April 25th-29th

We completed 95% the replacement of existing asphalt pavement on Leon Road and Max Gilliss Blvd. in the Winchester/French Valley area. The contractor is schedule to apply paint Traffic Stripe on Tuesday. April 26, 2022. Please use caution while driving on Leon Road and Max Gilliss Boulevard due to pending traffic stripe work. The new proposed Clinton Keith Road connecting from Leon Road to Winchester Road is also progressing well with the construction of retaining walls and a bridge while mitigating some environmental concerns.

Washington Street at Saddleback Road - Weekly Status

Washington Street at Saddleback Road is still under construction for new proposed Traffic Signal. We experienced a little delay due to boulders/large rocks at new signal pole foundations. As always, please use caution while travelling through. There will be flaggers to control traffic as required. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Clinton Keith construction update

We just paved new asphalt on Leon Road from Jean Nicholas to Briggs Road. Traffic stripe and pavement markings are to be scheduled within two weeks. Please use caution while travelling through. Max Gilliss Blvd. is also under repaving, expect traffic delays during rush hours. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Cabazon Sidewalk Weekly Update April 11, 2022

We are currently working on the construction of a new sidewalk on Broadway Street from Carmen Avenue to Bonita Avenue in the Cabazon area. Please continue to use caution and follow instructions from flagger controlling traffic. Thank you for your patience.

Update April 11, 2022 - Slurry Seal

We are removing traffic stripes and markings on various streets to clean and prepare for slurry seal or chip seal applications, and replacement of existing concrete curb ramps in Homeland and Hemet areas. Please observe “No Parking” signs posted with date of slurry seal operation. During this date, your street will be closed until the new surface is dried for traffic. Please protect our new pavement surface by NOT Driving on wet slurry seal and NO Turning vehicle while stopped (this will cause steering scar on the new surface). Washington Street & Saddleback Road Pavement Widening & Traffic Signal Project & Washington St. & Saddleback Rd Emergency Project

We are experiencing delays due to unforeseen conditions at the project site and working on solutions. The traffic signal work will continue on April 18, 2022 and expect to complete mid-May. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Please continue use caution while travelling on Washington Street at Saddleback Road in the Woodcrest area.

Construction Update April 11, 2022: Carver Tract Sidewalk

We are currently working on concrete placement for sidewalk and driveways on various streets in the Carver Tract area. Due to concrete shortage and rationing, contractor will place as much concrete sidewalk as possible. Thank you for your patience and continue use caution while traveling through the work zone.

Carver Tract Sidewalk Update

We are continuing with the construction of proposed sidewalk in the Carver Tract Area. Rancho California Rd is OPEN!

Rancho California Rd. roundabout is NOW OPEN in Temecula Wine Country.

WHERE: Rancho California Rd. at Anza Rd.

Crews will continue working in the area during daytime hours beginning at 7 a.m. through Tuesday, March 29, to complete the project. Work may include single lane closures with traffic control in the project area.
