We are scheduling to remove the existing roadway starting on 19 August 2022 and are scheduled to pave the new roadway during the weekend (material and weather pending.) Thank you everyone for a successful project! With outstanding supports from survey, material lab, and other county staff the contractor was able to complete this project about a month early. Thanks to the public for cooperation and understanding during construction.

We completed about 80% of concrete sidewalk, Curb & Gutter, Cross-Gutter and Driveways along El Toro Road and Dexter Avenue in the North Lake Elsinore area. The contractor is continuing construction new proposed sidewalk and replacing Storm Drain Inlets on Dexter Avenue. Please continue use caution and observe construction warning signs at various locations.

We are removing existing asphalt pavement and install new asphalt on San Jacinto Avenue from Florida Avenue to Thornton Avenue in the East Hemet area. Please use caution or use alternate route due to large equipment and trucks constantly moving in the work zone. Thank you for your patience and understanding. This major work is scheduled to complete this week.
