PROJECT PROGRESS

Construction continues on 6 new storm drain catch basins on Felspar Street north of Jurupa Road, weather permitting. Please note the "No Parking" signs and sidewalk closures/detours for pedestrians. ALL BUSINESS ACCESS IS OPEN.

La construcción continúa en 6 nuevas cuencas de captura de drenaje pluvial en la calle Felspar al norte de Jurupa Road, lo que lo permite el clima. Tenga en cuenta las señales de estacionamiento "sin estacionamiento" y los cierres/desvíos para los peatones. TODO EL ACCESO EMPRESARIAL ESTÁ ABIERTO.

We just started the reconstruction of Long Canyon Road from Dillon Road to Quail Trail in the Community of Southeast Desert Hot Springs. Anticipated completion is April 2024. Please observe construction warning signs and use caution while travelling through the work zone.

We are continuing with the pavement rehabilitation project to Johnston Avenue from San Jacinto Street to Stanford Street in the East Hemet area. Contractor is working on asphalt dike along the road and preparing for the installation of traffic stripe and pavement markings. Please use caution and observe construction warning signs while travelling through the work areas. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

The contractor is continuing with hauling debris to disposal sites and cleaning up the areas (weather permitting). The road/bridge is no longer accessible for traffic as well as pedestrians. Please DO NOT ENTER the demolished area.

Clinton Keith Road connecting Leon Road and Winchester Road (SR 79) in the French Valley/City of Murrieta is OPEN. The contractor is continuing with the construction to complete contract work and improvements. Please continue to use caution and observe construction warning signs. DAYTIME ROAD CLOSURE: TRAFFIC IMPACTS

Detroit Street will be closed to through traffic at Hamner Avenue during daytime work.

Tuesday - Thursday

Feb. 6 -8

9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Use alternate routes, add extra time for travel, and follow detour for local access.

PROJECT REMINDER:

REDUCE SPEED to 35 mph in the project area, watch for crews working on the shoulder from Detroit to Citrus streets, along the length of the bridge, and in the center median from Alhambra to Detroit streets.
