Camino Aventura Resurfacing

The County of Riverside Transportation Department is proposing to resurface approximately 1,300 feet of Camino Aventura from Bubbling Wells Road to approximately 1,300 feet east of Bubbling Wells Road. Camino Aventura is classified as a Local Road in the County of Riverside’s General Plan. Camino Aventura is a two lane road and is 64’ wide with curb and gutter along both sides of the roadway. The proposed project will include removing the existing roadway followed by placing back with Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA).
Additional improvements include:
Reconstruction of concrete cross gutter, spandrel, and curb/gutter
Utility adjustments
Remove and replace barricade
Striping of roadway, including pavement markers and reflectors
Salvage/removal and installation of new signs
No additional right-of-way, permits to enter and construct (PEC), or temporary construction easements (TCE) will be required to construct the proposed improvements. The project improvements will be within the existing footprint of the roadway and will not raise the roadway profile.
