In addition, Murrieta Marketplace’s contractor is continuing the installation of sewer line (jack & bore) crossing under Winchester Road at Benton Road. Note: Briggs Road from Leon Road to Los Alamos Road is permanently CLOSED.

We completed all concrete and asphalt pavement work on Ramon Road from Varner Road to Monterey Road in the Thousand Palms area. The contractor is working on the installation of traffic stripes, pavement markings, and other minor work. Please continue use caution while travelling through. Thank you for your cooperation.

The contractor is continuing the installation of steel reinforcement for the proposed bridge over French Valley Creek and importing soil for Clinton Keith Road from Leon Road to Winchester Road. In addition, the contractor has also begun the improvements along Winchester Road at Benton Road. Note: Briggs Road from Leon Road to Los Alamos Road is permanently CLOSED.
We completed sidewalk construction and drainage improvements in the Carver Tract area. The contractor is installing pavement markings, doing minor work and clean up, then moving out soon. Please continue to use caution while travelling through the work zone.
We completed the reconstruction of Rainbow Canyon Road in the Temecula area. The contractor is cleaning and preparing to move out. Thank you for your patience and cooperation during construction.

The contractor is working on the reconstruction of Luzon Street in the Carver Tract area. The contractor is scheduled to pave new asphalt on Luzon Street on Saturday, October 29, 2022.
