Good Hope Area and Theda Street - Weekly Status
We are continuing with the construction of sidewalks and repairing roads at Steele Peak Drive, Palm Street, Mountain Avenue, and Theda Street in Good Hope Community area. Currently, the contractor is working on Theda Street from Mountain Road to Ellis Avenue. The roadway is narrow. Please slow down and observe construction warning signs while travelling through. We continue with the construction of the De Portola Road Drainage Improvements project between Shiraz Way and approximately 650 feet northerly in the Temecula Valley Wine Country area within the Community of Rancho California of Riverside County. Contractor is currently working on new proposed retaining wall.

Pauba Road Widening: Crews are continuing the road improvements on Pauba Rd between Via Del Monte and Calle Contento. The contractor is constructing various retaining walls along Pauba Road. Pauba Road will be reduced to one lane with flagging operations during working hours.
De Luz Road Culvert Replacement: The contractor is resuming work replacing multiple culverts on De Luz Rd. At the intersection of De Luz Rd and Rancho California Rd, both roads will be reduced to one lane with flagging operations during working hours.

Skyview Road Pedestrian Bridge - Weekly Status
We are continuing with the construction of Skyview Road Pedestrian Bridge over French Valley Channel in the Community of French Valley. The bridge will cross a gap along Skyview Road where there is no existing road crossing at French Valley Channel. The bridge will provide a path between the French Valley Library, located on the northwest side of the bridge, and the Susan LaVorgna Elementary School, located at the southeast corner of the intersection of Skyview Road and Via Santiago/Algarve Avenue. It will provide multipurpose access for both pedestrians and bicyclists, with no vehicular travel other than access for emergency vehicles.
The contractor currently working on the bridge substructure (supporting reinforced concrete columns).
Estimate completion: Summer 2026
No traffic impact. Will monitor and minimize construction noise to adjacent neighborhood. Thank you for your understanding.

We completed paving on A Street from Nuevo Road to Harvill Avenue and Nuevo Road from A Street to 1472 Feet South of "A" Street in the Community of Mead Valley of Riverside County. Contractor scheduled tentatively to begin install striping and signages on May 5th, 2025. Crews will be cleaning up along "A" Street and Nuevo Road in upcoming week.
