The construction of Valle Vista Library Parking Lot completed on Wednesday, 2/23/23. Acacia Avenue Drainage east of Grant Avenue in the Valle Vista Community is progressing slower due to rain events. This week weather permitting, the contractor is scheduled to start the removal & replacement of existing concrete cross-gutter, spandrels, curb ramps, and some driveways on Girard Street improvements from Stetson Avenue to Whittier Avenue in the East Hemet area. Please use caution, observe construction warning signs, expect slight delays while travelling through the area. Thank you for your patience.

Due to Hemet High School Mid-Winter Break from February 21 to February 24, the contractor was able to start the concrete replacement and traffic signal modifications work front and adjacent to Hemet High School on February 21, 2023. This week weather permitting, the contractor is scheduled to start the removal & replacement of existing concrete cross-gutter, spandrels, and curb ramps on Stetson Avenue at Evelyn Way.
