The proposed Clinton Keith Road from Leon Road to Winchester Road is continuing with post construction erosion control, guard railing systems, concrete headwall and dip-crossing, minor concrete work, and traffic signal systems. Thanks for your patience during the County of Riverside Transportation Department’s Roadway Resurfacing Project!

This project included pavement rehabilitation on nearly 5 miles of roadway in Idyllwild on 4 different streets.

It also resurfaced the County Maintenance Yard and Lawler Park 8 miles north of Idyllwild; completed roadway repairs on Fern Valley Road; added asphalt curbs and adjusted manholes.

Crews continue to work on eastern span bridge interior construction with a concrete placement scheduled for Dec. 1. Construction throughout the project area continues.

REDUCE SPEED to 35 mph in the project area, watch for crews working on the shoulder from Detroit Street to Citrus Street and along the length of the bridge. 

PEDESTRIAN ACCESS available on the western side of Hamner Avenue from Schleisman Road to the southern crosswalk at Citrus Street. 

NO PEDESTRIAN ACCESS ACROSS THE BRIDGE in this phase of the project.
