Slurry Seal District 3 - Weekly Status Map

We are starting the slurry seal application in the Temecula/French Valley south area. The contractor is continuing with weed abatement, crack sealing, and pavement preparation for the application of slurry seal to various streets from French Valley to Hemet in Supervisory District 3 of County of Riverside.

Please follow construction warning signs and DO NOT park vehicles or drive on street with posted “NO PARKING” signs with applicable date. Thank you for your cooperations and understanding.

Center Street & Stephens Ave Weekly update

The contractor continues with concrete replacement and constructing concrete retaining wall for roadway widening of Center Street in the Highgrove area. Please continue use caution, observe construction warning signs, and obey traffic control personnel while travelling through the work zone. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Stetson Ave update

The contractor is scheduled to perform some minor work to correct discrepancies and install Reflective Pavement Markers. Please slow down and observe construction warning signs when workers are working on the road. Thank you!

Center Street and Stephens Avenue Resurfacing - Weekly Status

We are starting the resurfacing of Center Street and Stephens Avenue in the High Grove area this week and are scheduled to complete it at the end of July 2023. The contractor is working on concrete curb ramp replacement, constructing new proposed retaining wall, and locating underground utilities. Please use caution and observe construction warning signs while travelling through the work zone. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Viejo Drive Gully Repairs - Weekly Status

The contractor resumed the construction of the new proposed drain and slope/gully on Grant Avenue in the Valle Vista Community. The project was on hold due to conflicts with field conditions. There is no major impact to traffic. Please be aware of truck traffic on Grant Avenue south of Florida Avenue during normal working hours.

Stetson Avenue Resurfacing - Weekly Status

Stetson Avenue Resurfacing - Weekly Status

We are nearly completed with the reconstruction of Stetson Avenue from Hemet Street to Santa Fe Street in East Hemet. The contractor is scheduled to perform shoulder work, complete traffic striping, add roadside signs, and other minor work. Please continue to use caution, observe construction warning signs, and expect delays while travelling through the area. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

We completed Curb Ramp Replacement to meet current American Disability Act (ADA) Standards in the Temecula/French Valley south area. The contractor is continuing with weed abatement, crack sealing, and pavement preparation for the application of slurry seal to various streets from Temecula to Hemet in Supervisorial District 3 of County of Riverside.

Please follow construction warning signs and DO NOT park vehicles on streets with posted “NO PARKING” signs. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

Note: We will provide slurry seal schedule with applicable streets as soon as we are ready for the slurry seal application. Tentative start on Saturday, May 20, 2023 on Butterfield Stage Road and Morgan Hill to avoid school traffic during the week.

Stetson Avenue Resurfacing - Weekly Status

The contractor completed the replacement of existing asphalt pavement including driveway tie-in and AC Dikes on Stetson Avenue from Hemet Street to Santa Fe Street in the East Hemet. We are working on new traffic stripe, roadside signs, manholes adjustment, and other minor work. Please continue to use caution, observe construction warning signs, and expect delays while travelling through the area. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

Clinton Keith Rd Construction Notice and Video May 1st- 5th 2023

The proposed Clinton Keith Road from Leon Road to Winchester Road is continuing to progress as planned. The contractor is working on importing material for the roadway structure, construction of Arch Culverts, SR -79 (Winchester Road) widening, traffic signal systems, and French Valley Creek Bridge Note: Briggs Road from Leon Road to Los Alamos Road is permanently CLOSED.

Slurry Seal FY 22-23 Dist. 1 & 2 - Weekly Status

Lake Elsinore area: Begin slurry seal application to neighborhood streets.

Coronita area: Completed crack seal to existing asphalt pavement to various streets and begin slurry application.

Home Gardens area: Crack sealing and repairing existing pavement.

Woodcrest area: Repair & prepare existing asphalt pavement for slurry seal application.
