-Stalder Ave from Ramona Ave to Lakeview Ave

-North Dr from Nuevo Rd to Lakeview Ave

We completed about 95% of the road widening and new proposed sidewalk project on Oleander Avenue from Haines Street to Clark Street in the Community of Mead Valley. Crews are working on retaining wall, pavement delineations, and roadside signage. Please observe construction warning signs, use caution, and follow traffic control staff’s directions. We are currently repairing pavement damage caused by soil erosion on both sides of Ramon Road, near the Railroad Overcrossing between Varner Road and Bob Hope Drive. The estimated completion date is March 3, 2025. Please be mindful of construction warning signs and exercise caution while driving through the area. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Traffic impact: Westbound Ramon Road from Varner Road to Bob Hope Drive will be CLOSED for approximately 4 weeks. Eastbound traffic will experience intermittent shifts during construction.

We completed pavement reconstruction and concrete improvements on Grant Street, Harlow Avenue, and Indiana Avenue in the Home Gardens area. Crews are continuing work on asphalt dikes, driveways, and other improvements on Indiana Avenue from Grant Street to Hillview Drive. Road Widening and Sidewalk Construction Project on Oleander Avenue

We are continuing the road widening and new sidewalk construction along Oleander Avenue, from Haines Street to Clark Street, in the Community of Mead Valley. Crews are currently working on the installation of new asphalt pavement.

For your safety, please be mindful of construction warning signs, exercise caution, and follow the directions of traffic control personnel. We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we work to improve this important area.

• Traffic impact: Due to grinding and paving operation, traffic will be detoured February 6 & 7, 2025 during working hours (7am to 6pm); Oleander Ave will be closed from Haines St to Clark St.

With construction work on the concrete curb and gutter between Martin St and Oleander Ave, small sections of the road are being closed during the day. Drivers are asked to follow detour signs and traffic control staff’s guidance between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM. - 12th St from Reservoir Ave to North Dr

- Stalder Ave from Ramona Ave to Lakeview Ave

- North Dr from Nuevo Rd to Lakeview Ave

Full-road closures on Lakeview Ave are no longer expected. Access to residential properties will be maintained at all times. Single Lane Closures are planned on Felspar Street at Jurupa Road; business access remains open.

TRAFFIC IMPACTS

One lane on Felspar Street will be closed with traffic shifted to the opposite side of the street.
